Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman has been an outstanding psychologist since 1993. She is also the director of the Center for Public Policy Research, University of California Davis. The university is renowned as the pioneer of modern research of eyewitness memory in children as well as using children who have been abused to be legal witnesses. Professor Goodman is a prolific writer and has been awarded several grants and was awarded many national and international awards. She has offered consulting on research and policy for numerous government agencies and departments from all over the world. She has been a consultant with the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center which was previously known as known as the Multidisciplinary Interview Center of Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She is a member of a variety of professional organizations, including Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. Professor Goodman is also a member of the Psychonomics Society, American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She was president of the The American Psychological Association's Developmental Division as well as three divisions of the Child and Family Practice and Policy Division American Psychology Law Society and Division Developmental Psychology.
